Creamy Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 16 oz. sour cream
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped
• spinach, thawed and drained
• 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
• 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
• 80 wheat thins harvest crisp
• crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sour cream, spinach, red pepper, green onions. garlic and hot pepper suuce until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Serve as a dip with crackers.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
