Ingredients

  • 1 bag of shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 8oz can of sour cream
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 med size onions (chopped)
  • 1 small bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese*

Step 1

Danny said he has used monterrey jack – marble/white mix_ but sharp cheddar brings out the flavor better. He said he would stick with the shredded sharp cheddar cheese.



Mix all ingredients together in one bowl. Salt/Pepper. Spray casserole dish w/ PAM. Spread ingredients in glass dish (about a 11X13 cass dish). Cook on 350 until golden brown. Takes about 45 or so to cook.
