  • 1 lb. sausage (1/2 hot and 1/2 mild is a treat
  • 24 oz pkg. hash browns (diced preferred
  • 9 lg eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 cmilk 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage in a skillet and drain. Layer sausage on bottom of well greased 9x13 inch pan. Add milk and butter to beaten eggs and pour over sausage. Add hash browns and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
