Hot Shot Burgers

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 bread slice, processed into crumbs
• 1/4 C finely chopped onion
• 2 T chili powder
• 1 1/2 T white vinegar
• 1 tsp Worcestershire
• 1/2 tsp ground oregano
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 2 tsp cooking oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 10 ingredients; mix. Add beef; mix well. Divide into 4 equal portions and shap into 4" patties.

Cook in pan with oil or on BBQ
