Cupcake Buttercream Icing

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1 tbsp meringue powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 - 4 tbsp water
• Pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

1 ) Cream shortening and butter with vanilla in electric mixe
2) Add meringue powder and mix well
3) Add icing powder one cup at a time and mix well
4) Add water one spoon at a time and mix well
5) Add required color (optional)
