Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 C finely diced onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced, or 1/4 tsp powder
  • 1 T flour
  • 10 oz tomato soup, condensed
  • 2/3 C white wine
  • 1 C grated swiss
  • 1 C grated mozzarella
  • 1 tsp dried sweet basil
  • 1 tsp ground oregano
  • sprinkle pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Scramble fry beef, onion and garlic in non-stick pan until browned. Drain well.

Mix in flour. Stir in soup until boiling. Add remaining 6 ingredients. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour into fondue pot over low flame.

garlic bread cubes, bell pepper pieces, mushrooms, tomato wedges, weiner chunks, summer sausage chunks
