This version of the Watergate salad sports yogurt as well as pudding, pineapple and Cool Whip for a diplomatic way to sneak a smart side onto the table.

- 1 Pkg. JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding, 1oz
- 1 Can Crushed pineapple in juice, undrained, 8oz
- 1 C. Vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 2 1/2 C. Thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, divided

Step 1
Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple and yogurt in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in 2 cups Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Serve topped with remaining Cool Whip.
