Ingredients
- 6 slices salmon fillet
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c water

Step 1
Combine all ingredients besides the fish and pour into a 9×13 pan.
Place fish skin side up in the pan. Pour in some water to halfway cover the fish.
Cook on a medium flame until most of the liquid is absorbed. *This can be baked, as well, for 25 minutes, but we prefer the cooking method.
