Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. good quality balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Clean strawberries and slice.
2. Sprinkle with sugar. Let sit 30 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with balsamic vingegar. Toss and let sit for 30 minutes more.
4. Spoon into cups/glasses and serve. Top with whipped cream if desired.
