Cranberry Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups butter, softened
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg. (170 g.) Craisins Sweetend Dried Cranberries, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Cream butter and sugar until light. Mix in flour, part at a time. Stir in Craisins.
3. Form dough into 1-inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in granulated sugar. Bake 12-14 minutes and cool.
