Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 lb. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.)

Step 1
In a Dutch oven, heat evaporated milk, 4 cups hot water, macaroni and salt to taste to boiling over high heat. Cook according to instructions on macaroni. When done, stir in cheese until melted.
