Ingredients
- 2/3 c sugar
- 1 1/2 T butter, melted
- 2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 2 Tab fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg, lightly beaten

Step 1
Stir together first 4 ingre ina small heave sauce pan; add egg, stiring until blended.
Cook mixture, stirring constantly, over low heat, 10 - 12 min or until mixture thickens slightly (cooked mixture will have a thickness similar to unwhipped whipping cream) and begins to bubble around the edges. Remove from heat.
