fresh mushrooms
butter
stuffing mix or can use parmesan cheese mixed with bread crumbs

Step 1

Remove stems from mushrooms
Dice stems add to melted butter to which garlic has been added, saute, add stuffing mix that has been prepared according to directions
Stuff mushroom caps
Bake at 300^ for about 30 min.
