Ingredients
- 1 pound backfin crabmeat
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tab milk
- 2 Tabs grated onion
- 1 Tab lemon juice
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
remove any shell from crabmeat
mix all other ingredients except crab with cream cheese
gently fold in crabmeat put in 8 inch pyrex and sprinkle with paprika
bake at 350^ for 15 - 20 minutes or until bubbly
serve with crackers
