Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs pork and/or beef ground
- 8-10 garlic minced (sauté until brown)
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 2 cans beef stock
- Can of water
- 2 t cumin
- 1 t basil
- 1 t sage
- 2-3 potatoes, diced
- 2 cans pinto beans with liquid
- 3-4 cans green chilies
- 1 -2 t cayenne pepper (if want HOT)

Preparation
Step 1
After browning meat and garlic add tomatoes, beef stock, water and spices.
Cook 20 minutes then add last ingredients: potatoes, beans, chilies and simmer until potatoes are done, adding more water if too thick.
