Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 3 cups Bisquick® baking mix, Orig. or Reduced fat
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 16 oz.
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, flakes

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350~ Lightly grease jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2 x1-inch.
2. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until mixed. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.
3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm. Makes about 5 1/2 dozen.
NOTES :
Substitution:
You can use 1 1/2 t. chopped fresh parsley instead of the pars;ey flakes.
Variation:
For Holiday Ham balls use 1 1/2 cups finely chopped fully cooked ham instead of the pork sausage, omit the rosemary and add 2 T. parsley flakes and 2/3 cup milk. Mix and bake as directed in the recipe.
