- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms\
- hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
In paper or plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time; shake to coat. In large frypan brown chicken in butter on both sides until golden brown. Add lemon juice and mushrooms. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 min. or until tender. Serve over rice.
