- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp dry mustard

Step 1
In small saucepan, combine sugar, lemon juice, honey and mustard; bring to boil. Use to baste ham frequently during last 30 min. of baking. Makes about 1 cup enough to glaze a large ham.
