Ingredients
- 1 can eagle brand condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 1 pkgs. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
- 1 pkgs. frozen pound cake, thawed and cubed
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled, sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- Additional fresh strawberries
- toasted silvered or sliced almonds

Step 1
In large mixer bowl, combine eagle brand and water. Add pudding mix; beat well. Chill until thickened, about 20 min. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon 2 cups of the pudding mixture into 4-quart round glass serving bowl; top with half the cake cubes, half the strawberries, half the jam and half the remaining pudding mixutre. Repeat layering, ending with pudding mixture Chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with additional strawberries and almonds. Cover leftovers; refrigerate.
