Great Grandma Clutter's Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (3-oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
• 1 c. boiling water
• 3 T. lemon juice
• 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 can milnot
• 1 lb. graham crackers, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add lemon juice. Cool. Cream together cream cheese and sugar, add jello and mix well. Whip milnot to soft peaks and fold into gelatin mixture. Saving 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs and add filling. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup crumbs and refrigerate overnight.
