  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 (0.29 oz) packet Swiss Miss Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets Light or Diet Hot Cocoa Mix, see shopping tip below
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional topping-fat free whip cream

1.To a blender, add milk, hot chocolate mix and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. You can top with whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
