Ingredients
- 3 T olive oil
- 4 T butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/9 tsp fresh pepper
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 1 T chopped parsley
- 1/4 C dry red wine

Step 1
In pot over medium, heat oil and butter. Add salt and pepper and simmer 4 minutes. Add garlic and parsley and cook 30 seconds. Drizzle in wine and simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
