Ingredients

  • 2 cups creamed corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cornstarch in milk and add corn, egg and 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Put in greased baking dish, put remainder of crumbs on top. Dot with butter.

Bake in 350 oven for 3/4 hour.
