Ingredients

2 chocolate wafer cookies
1 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp warm water
1/2 c sugar-free chocolate fat-free instant pudding
6 tbsp light whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

Crush wafers in plastic bag or on dry cutting board with rolling pin. Mix coffee with water. Whisk coffee mixture into pudding. Layer whipped topping, pudding and crush cookies in tall glass.
