- 28 oz can San Marzano tomatoes
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp garlic
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Warm oil, garlic, thyme and oregano until fragrant. Add tomatoes. Simmer 10-15 minutes until thickened. Add salt to taste.
