Rosemary Parmesan Flaxseed Crackers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup ground flaxseed (flaxseed meal)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp fresh or dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup water

Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
3.Add in water and still until a dough forms.
4.Spoon out onto a flat baking sheet covered in parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
5.Spread out the mixture evenly to 1/8 inch all the way around. (The best way to do this is to place a sheet of parchment paper on top, then use a rolling pin to evenly distribute. The dough does not need to be in a perfect circle or square).
6.Bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Crackers are done when the middle is dried out and the edges are slightly browned.
7.Remove from oven and let cool. Break flaxseed into pieces to make rustic crackers. Serve with anything!
