Turtle Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 (6oz) can evaporated milk
• 1 (14oz) pkg caramels
• 1 Devils food cake mix
• 3/4 cup margarine
• 1 (12oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave in bowl until smooth, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, and caramels- stir until smooth, set aside. Stir together cake mix, melted butter and remaining evaporated milk. Press 1/2 of dough into greased 13x9" pan. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on baked dough, top with melted caramel mixture. Crumble remaining dough over top. Return to oven and bake 14 minutes.
