Ingredients
- 1 package (2 layer) cake mix (cake) Yellow
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup bananas (bananas) ripe mashed (about 3)
- 1 cup sour cream Sour Cream BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 º F. Grease and flour baking pan 13 x 9 inches; put aside. Beat cake mix, eggs, bananas, sour cream and oil in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just until mixture is moistened, stopping frequently to scrape bottom and sides of bowl. Beat on medium speed for 2 min. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
BEAT cream cheese and butter in large bowl with electric mixer. Add the sugar gradually, beating well after each addition. Invert the cake onto a cutting board, remove the pan gently. Cut the cake horizontally in half. Place one half with the top down on a serving platter, coated with coverage. Cover this layer with remaining cake layer with the face without cutting up. Spread everything with the remaining coverage. Carefully press nuts coverage against the sides. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
