  • 8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 (28 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 15 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 2 cps shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Break noodles. Place half of the noodles in bottom of greased slow cooker (or use crock pot liner). Brown beef and drain. Stir Italian seasoning into meat and spread half over the noodles already in slow cooker. Layer half of the sauce and water, half of ricotta cheese, and half of mozzarella cheese over beef. Repeat layers. Cover and cook on low heat 5 hours.
