- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup orzo
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Preparation
Step 1
Cook butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat 4 minutes or until browned. Add orzo; cook 1 minute. Add wine, cook over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 13 minutes. Stir in Parmesan; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chives.
