  • Sauce:
  • 1 kg meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • 4 small onions
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 celery
  • Green onion
  • 1 T mustard
  • 1/2 tsp soup mix
  • Basil
  • Bay leaf
  • Oregano
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Pepper
  • 3 T oil
  • Stuffing:
  • 20 g mushrooms
  • 50 g white bread, no crust
  • 1 T margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Parsley
  • 500 g ground meat
  • 1 Madagascar Green pepper
  • 2 T brandy
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt

Step 1

Make a hole to fill with a sharp knife. Spice the inside of the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika and fill with stuffing. Close. Spread the sauce on the outside of the meat and let marinate in fridge for a number of hours. But the onion, carrots, and green onion and put them in “cooky” bag with the stuffed meat. Heat oven to 200° and add everything. Book for 1 ½ - 2 hrs. Serve with potatoes or sweet potatoes.
