Ingredients
- Stuffing:
- Medium sized chicken
- Garlic, crushed
- Salt/pepper
- 1/2 c cut celery
- 1 medium onion, sautéed
- 1/2 c raisins
- 4 apples
- 1 matza, made into crumbs OR
- 4 T matzo meal

Preparation
Step 1
Spread garlic, salt, and pepper on the outside and inside the chicken. Stuff chicken with stuffing ingredients and fasten the opening with toothpicks.
Put chicken into “cooky” bag and bake at 175°/200° for 80 minutes.
