Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, cored and cut into eighths
  • 1 stick butter, cut into small pieces8 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tea. cinnamon
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, heated

Step 1

Heat grill to medium.

Cut four 12" squares of foil. Divide the peaches onto the foil squares. Divde the butter, sugar and cinnamon over peaches. Fold foil to seal edges.

Place the packets on the grill; cover. Cook until the peaches are soft and the butter has melted, 15 minutes. Remove - let sit 5 minutes.

Place one large scoop of ice cream into 4 bowls; top each with the peach mixture. Sprinkle granola over top; drile with the caramel sauce.
