Ingredients
- 1 2.5-oz. package Carl buddig 90% lean pressed beef
- 16 oz. skinned and boned chicken breast, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 tea. dried parsley flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Spray slow cooker with butter-flavored cooking spray.
Divide pressed beef into 4 even bundles. Wrap chicken pieces inside beef bundles. Place chicken bundles in prepared container.
In a medium bowl, combine mushroom soup, sour cream, flour and parsley flakes. Pour soup mixture evenly over chicken bundles.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
When serving, evenly spoon sauce over chicken bundles.
