Ingredients
- Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup vegan butter or coconut oil
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (add slowly in case you don’t need all of it)
- Cinnamon Filling:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3-4 tbsp butter to spread on the dough
- Caramel Sauce:
- I used 1 bag of Cocomels (bought on Amazon) and melted them with a couple tbsp non dairy milk.
