Ingredients
- 3 - 28oz cans of crushed tomato sauce
- 3 packs of 16 oz grass fed beef
- 1/3 to 1/2 pint of light cream
- handful of locatelli cheese (Pecorino Romano cheese)
- parsley, salt, pepper, pinch of salt, basil, crushed garlic and half onion or whole onion and red hot pepper.

Step 1
In a large skillet heat the olive oil and then add half uncut onion and minced garlic (about 8-10 minutes)
Raise heat to medium high and add the ground beef. Saute, stirring frequently and breaking up any large lumps and cook until meat is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Add the crushed tomato sauce, S&P, parsley, basil, crushed red hot pepper, pinch of sugar and cook over medium low heat until the sauce thickens. Add some light cream 1/3 to 1/2 pint to desired lightness and handful of Pecorino Romano cheese (Locatelli brand).
