Ingredients
- 10 ounce bag of nacho tortilla chips, coarsely crushed
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (16 0z) Ranch Style Beans, undrained
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes and Chilies
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend

Preparation
Step 1
Place chips in lightly greased 9-inch pie plate and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chili powder. Stir in beans and Rotel. Spoon over chips. Top with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
