  • chicken legs thighs or breasts
  • 2 tbs oil
  • paprika
  • gravy master
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 1 small onion
  • white rice

Step 1

Use legs breasts or thighs
In large pot put about 2 tbs oil and a small onion diced and lightly brown.Put chicken in salt and pepper,paprika and brown chicken on both sides.Add 2 or so cups of water,cover and simmer for 1 hour.In pint size jar mix 2 tbs flour and 2 drops of gravy master shake well and add to the rest of the pot of chicken.watch it cause you dont want the gravy to get to thick.add water as needed. Serve over white rice
