Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 package Skor toffee bits

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine flour, sugar and butter. Press into pan.
3. Bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown.
4. Heat milk and butter in saucepan stirring slowly until thickened.
5. Spread over base. Bake 12-15 mins until golden.
6. Sprinkle chips evenly. Bake for 2 minutes and then spread evenly.
6. Press skor bits into chocolate
