Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 8 oz. mushrooms-sliced
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 can tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 12 cup parsley, divided
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 cups cooked thin spaghette
- 1 cup feta cheese
- pepper
- 1/2 cup grated cucumbers
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oregano, green onions, mushrooms and Garlic; saute 3 min Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and pepper. Simmer 10 min. Add parsley, and lemon juice; cook 5 min. or until thoroughly heated. Add in taziki sauce. Cook sauce in for 5 min.
Place sauce on pasta. Top with cheese and serve.
