Blueberry Cake Mix Crumble

- 6 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- Topping
- 1 cup vanilla cake mix
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter, softened

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix filling ingredients in a medium bowl until blueberries are thoroughly coated. Pour into an 8 inch square baking dish sprayed with butter cooking spray.
In an electric mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. In a small bowl mix cake mix, oats and salt. Stir into butter on low speed. With your fingers, crumble mixture onto prepared blueberries. Dollops here and there are fine. Mixture does not have to touch or be evenly spread onto blueberries. The butter will melt while baking and spread the mixture on its own.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until cake mix topping is golden brown and blueberry filling is bubbly. Let come to room temperature and cool for about an hour after baking. serve slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
