  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 6-8 oatmeal raisin cookies, (about 3 cups worth, broken into bite-size pieces)

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together the cream, milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour into the ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's directions. While the ice cream is churning, break the cookies into bite-size pieces. When the ice cream finishes churning, scoop the ice cream into a freezer-safe airtight container and stir in the broken pieces. Freeze until ready to serve. Enjoy!
