"Chocoholics Anonymous - Microwave Fudge Brownie

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp all purpose flour
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp flavourless vegetable oil
• 3 tbsp water
• a pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract/ vanilla bean paste
• 2 tsp chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. My microwave gives an 800W output. And it took me about 1.5 minutes to cook these. With higher wattage, reduce cooking time (1200W = 1minute)

2. Cool the cake completely before digging in.

3. Use a microwavable mug that can hold atleast 1 cup of water (235ml) with a quarter cup room to spare. The cake rises a little while cooking, and you'll need that extra room.

Makes 1 mug
Method:
- Using a small whisk or fork, combine all the ingredients in a microwavable mug.
- Microwave on high for about 2 minutes (see note above).
- Let cool completely before serving.
