Instructions
HEAT oven to 325°F. For Crust, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, sugar and butter in medium bowl until evenly moistened. Press onto bottom and halfway up sides of 9-inch springform pan.
For Cheesecake, BEAT cream cheese and flour in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Reserve 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk for topping. Beat remaining sweetened condensed milk, eggs and 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate into cream cheese mixture until blended. Pour over crust in pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until almost set in center. Cool completely on wire rack.
COOK apples in butter in large skillet over medium heat until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice. Whisk remaining 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate and cornstarch in small cup. Stir into apple mixture. Cook over medium heat until bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly. Cool 10 minutes. Spoon over cheesecake. Chill. Drizzle with reserved sweetened condensed milk just before serving. Sprinkle with apple pie spice.
