Ingredients

  • 2 C flour
  • 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 C buttermilk
  • 1/4 C butter, melted
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Measure first 8 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make a well.

Combine next 4 ingredients in medoum. bowl. Add to well. Stir just till moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle with second amount of Parmesan.

Bake in 375 oven for 18 - 20 minutes until pick comes out clean. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack.
