Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 C rolled oats
- 1 1/2 C buttermilk
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 3/4 C brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, fork beaten
- 1/3 C butter, melted
- 1/4 C rolled oats
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Comnbine first amount of oats and buttermilk in small bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Measure next 6 ingredients into large bowl. Make well in centre.
Stir eggs, and butter into oatmeal mixture. Add to well. Stir iuntil just moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin cups full.
Topping: Combine ingredients in small bowl. Sprinkle on batter.
Bake in 375 oven for 18 - 20 minutes until pick comes out clean. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack.
