  • 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 85% to 90% lean
  • 1 large clove garlic or 2 small cloves, pressed
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons grated onion
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
