Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 85% to 90% lean
- 1 large clove garlic or 2 small cloves, pressed
- 2 to 3 teaspoons grated onion
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Shape into 4 to 6 hamburgers. Cover and chill until you're ready cook.
