Ingredients
- 1 cup diced Onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- Julienne Blade, 1 cup carrots
- Saute onions, celery, and carrots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 3/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. dried Basil
- 1 15 oz. can Tomatoes
- 1 16 oz. Tomato Juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 12 oz. tomato juice
- 2 TBLSP. White vinegar
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute the onions, celery, and carrots. Add all ingredients. When finished you can add leftovers as ham, cheese, etc.
