Flathead Bread

So I found this recipe online for Fathead Pizza and a girl used that recipe and she made these bagel like buns. I decided this was what I wanted to make. I did and WOW they were so good! I am very, very pleased with this. Now if you are a person who loved whole grains and miss them, then this is for you! If you leave a little bit of almonds slightly bigger it’s like the grains in whole grain bread. So here we go with recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 c almond flour
- 2 tbsp or 1 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt
- pinch of sesame seeds (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and prep pan with non-stick foil or baking mat.
Put mozzarella in a microwave safe bowl with cream cheese.
Nuke it for 1 minute and then stir, nuke for about 30 more seconds- cheese will be hot and melted.
Stir again and add egg and almond flour. Stir until it looks like it’s combined. Wet your hands because otherwise it’ll stick to them as you shape into 4 rolls. Season with garlic powder, onion powder and salt (or use everything bagel mix) and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Approx 4 carbs per roll
