Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream (16 oz)
- 2 tbs. fresh basil,chopped(2tsp. dry)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. grated
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Heat cream in a saucepan and lightly boil until it is half it's original volume, being careful not to scorch.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper.
Use immediately
